Shipping
BimmerBrakes uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship its products. Products are usually shipped within 24 hours* after payment is made. A tracking number will be provided within 24-48 hours of shipping for your reference. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or any other charges associated with international shipments outside of the U.S.
If you receive a product that is in any way damaged from shipping, you may return it for a complete refund of the price of the item. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt, if you receive an item that is damaged from shipping. Photos clearly showing damage is required at the time of request for refund.
* Shipping prices listed are for continental US ONLY! International rates may be higher. Buyer will be contacted with a new rate.
Our Return Policy
Shipping is non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
Any non-defective item may be returned for a refund of the cost of the item less a 25% restocking fee once we have received the item. Return items must be in brand new condition with original packaging and all original contents or, at the discretion of BimmerBrakes, additional fees beyond the 25% restocking fee may apply and/or the item may be sent back to the customer with no refund issued. Again, return items cannot be modified or used in any way.
If you receive a product that is in any way defective, excluding damages from shipping, you may return it for a complete refund of the price of the item. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, excluding damages from shipping. The time limit to contact BimmerBrakes with any claimed defective issues is 7 days (one week) from the time customer received the product, thus allowing reasonable time for test fitment.
BimmerBrakes can only honor fitment guarantees for products purchased directly from BimmerBrakes, and not a third party.
